Documentation, coding, and case logging

GURS requires the graduating fellow’s case log in its current category format. The submitted log contains sum totals by category, not a list of individual cases, and excludes cases performed by faculty without the fellow. The program submits the graduating fellow’s log in July. The local workflow is designed so that this submission is a summation rather than a reconstruction from memory.
