Gender-affirming surgery specifics

Gender-affirming surgery is a defined part of the combined fellowship. NYU reports approximately 150 gender-affirming cases during the year. The program includes primary and revision surgery and works within NYU’s multidisciplinary gender-affirming and reconstructive program, which includes collaboration between Urology and Plastic Surgery.
